This is fantastic! what is your base case price target? i've replicated and built out a few models and whilst being pessemistic i've gotten to around $7

We think about these things a bit differently - rather than price targets we compare the company at its current price to other holds and opportunities currently available that we are familiar with. But, to be more direct, ~$7 would probably be a price we would look to switch out the position assuming nothing has changed.
